Last month Sarah had the chance to chat with Kerry Cummings, owner of The Salt Pig. This gourmet salt shop is a fairly new addition to Shab Row over on East Street and it’s an incredibly unique addition too. Sarah found her jaw dropping several times as her inner cook was inspired by all of Kerry’s pairing ideas and crazy cool salt boards (big slabs of beautiful pink Himalayan sea salt that you can heat and cook on!)
